Subsea International Ltd, the privately-owned asset integrity monitoring technology and systems developer has cut its ties with US ROV manufacturer Deep Ocean Engineering Inc..
After acting as Deep Ocean Engineering’s EMEA agent since their 2018 launch, Subsea International Ltd has cancelled the agreement by mutual consent to allow them to concentrate on the development of a new remotely operated material condition monitoring system. The agreement came to an end on 21 July 2019.
Andy Boddice, Subsea International’s Commercial Director commented, ‘With the focus of our business moving substantially from where we were a year ago, the timing was right to amicably break the agency agreement with Deep Ocean Engineering. We wish them all the best in their efforts to continue developing their presence in the EMEA market’.
