STC INSISO recognise Global Diversity Awareness Month with Lunch and Learns

Global Diversity Awareness Month activities are underway at problem-solving company, STC INSISO. The team have a number of initiatives planned to highlight the importance of diversity internally among staff, as well as learning opportunities which are open to the public

One of the key activities planned is two days of Lunch and Learn sessions carried out by the company’s Specialist Learning & Development Partner, Nikki Wyatt.  Session One on the 26th of October will focus on ‘Exploring Unconscious Bias and Emotional Intelligence.  The following day’s theme is ‘Exploring Inclusive Leadership’.

Nikki joined STC INSISO earlier this year and is passionate about educating others on diversity and inclusion. She said: “At STC INSISO, we are committed to helping organisations address any cultural challenges they may be experiencing.  We have developed nationally accredited tools and training to instil effective equality, diversity, and inclusion practices in organisations.

“Global Diversity Awareness Month is the perfect time for us share further knowledge on the subject by offering these Lunch and Learn sessions which are open to anyone, not just our existing clients.”

STC INSISO was recently selected as a finalist for the OEUK Award for People and Culture.  Winners will be announced at the Awards Ceremony on the 8th of December.
