PanGeo Subsea partner with Polaris Learning to create new online training platform ‘Pangeo Academy’

Aberdeenshire based training and competency company Polaris Learning have recently partnered with marine geophysical-geotechnical service company PanGeo Subsea, to develop their new online training platform named ‘PanGeo Academy’, which has been supported with funding from the National Transition Training Fund.

The PanGeo Academy currently consists of 10 modules focusing on HSEQ, Offshore Staff, SBI Operation and Data Processing and Supervising Offshore.

Additionally, they have together developed an online competency management system to compliment the Academy that will combine outcomes from the PanGeo modules with competencies gained from other sources.

This combination of capturing existing training and past and future experience, will contribute to the overall enhancement of the offshore personnel learning and development from induction through to more experienced levels.

PanGeo Subsea are looking forward to rolling out their online training platform and competency management system across their team and adding to the PanGeo Academy in the future.
