Norwegian subsea services provider DeepOcean has been awarded a contract by Equinor for the installation of the Vigdis boosting station.
The contract covers project management, engineering and offshore installation activities including marine operations for rock removal, installation and tie-in of subsea lines and installation of subsea structures at the Vigdis and Snorre offshore fields.

Offshore execution is scheduled for 2020 and the contract includes additional options for the Vigdis campaign.
