The Mexican Oil & Gas sector is now open to International companies following the Energy reform of 2013, previously it was a state monopoly by PEMEX. There are great opportunities for the international supply chain to support their existing clients and win new work with up and coming Mexican supply chain.

Whittaker have been in Mexico since 2009, working from our 12-acre, base in Ciudad Del Carmen, Campeche. C.D del Carmen is the hub for offshore operations in Mexico. We are offering Engineering, Fabrication, and construction services to the region.
