We seek to inspire the young people of today to both join our industry and understand and know more about the opportunities our industry has to offer and also to be inspired to do STEM subjects like; science, technology engineering and math which is a good starting point. So we would like to take them through different challenges workshops and also talk to them about the exciting future of the industry.
It's extremely important, you know, if we cannot have the best people to apply for jobs and join our industry there will not be a future of this industry. So we need the best brains we need the best new ideas and we need it to be that good an attractive workplace that it has been but also show that it's actually an industry that is evolving and changing quite a lot. Both in terms of which energy sources we produce, we produce oil and gas but also wind and a new energy solutions and also in the way we work. More new digital tools, new technologies so it's a very fascinating time to join the industry.
We have graduate programs and we have summer internships and we continue to see high interest so that is very important for us, that we continue to be attractive and that they continue to post this offers so that people can join us early on and yeah be part of the future actually.
