You still have time to submit your entries for the 35th annual Offshore Achievement Awards. Nomination forms can be downloaded here and we have introduced new categories for this year including Diversity & Inclusion and Digital Innovation.
This year, for the Skills Development Category, judges are particularly interested in hearing from companies that are upskilling and/or re-skilling an existing workforce as part of a diversification strategy.
The Diversity and Inclusion Award recognises excellence in the development and implementation of policies, systems and practices that seek to nurture and support diversity and inclusivity in the offshore energy sector.
Entries for the Net Zero category can include internal company initiatives and programmes or technology developments that contribute to reducing the carbon footprint of operations and / or to achieve the industry target of net zero emission.
As well as recognising business growth from successful internationalisation and export activity, the Internationalisation and Diversification category will also recognise growth resulting from diversification away from the oil and gas sector.
