Ducatus Partners accelerates global growth with new senior appointment

Ducatus Partners, the international executive search and leadership advisory firm, has bolstered its senior team with the appointment of Michael Wing as Partner. Wing will be responsible for the continued global growth of Ducatus Partners’ retained search business as well as facilitating growth in the rapidly expanding sustainable and renewable energy sectors.

Based in Houston, Texas, Wing will build on previous successes in collaborating with engineering, procurement, and construction customers, as well as private equity backed energy clients, to offer comprehensive recruiting services and best-in-class delivery for energy customers across technical and commercial functions.

This appointment comes as part of Ducatus Partners’ ongoing investment into growth and diversification. Wing, alongside a highly specialist executive team, will be heading up a culture of diligent delivery; optimising client service and generating new business across both the oil and gas and clean energy value chains.
