Aberdeenshire recruitment agency shortlisted for national award

Aberdeenshire recruitment agency, Grace May People, has been shortlisted in the FSB Celebrating Small Business Awards. The specialist IT recruitment firm provides bespoke technology and executive services across a variety of roles in the tech sector, offering an alternative to the mainstream hiring process. Sponsored by NatWest, Reach, Aldermore and Cashplus bank, the FSB Awards will be held on Wednesday 8th March at the Voco Grand Central in Glasgow. As the largest occasion of its kind in the small business calendar, the event recognises the achievements and contributions of small businesses and the self-employed across Scotland.

Grace May People prioritises trust and clarity in their relationships with clients and candidates and boasts an impressive retention rate of 97% of all placements still in their placed role 12 months later. They have been shortlisted in the Service Excellence category, along with five other finalists.
