SEALL was formed by current owners and directors Des Neill and Barry Booth to deliver to market the next generation of ECDIS solution, in response to the ECDIS 2012 mandate.
The vision is to make technology more accessible, driving efficiency and safety improvements in return. As a team of software specialists with experience across the maritime and IT sectors, we're in a privileged position. We can provide a unique insight into the challenges and pain-points of the maritime industry, with the technical expertise to resolve these.
As a result of some very careful architectural decisions we offer 6 product lines/services: ENC Kernel SDK, Passage Planner, ECDIS, SEALL TAB and SEALL ECS.
The Seall Kernel SDK, built in .Net C#, is at the core of all of our products and also powers some of the most recognised brands in the marine sector. we have distributed over 29,000 licenses, and this continues to grow month on month.
